CLT Associates comprises Dr Gary Flomenhoft and Andrew Paul. Since February 2015 a team (incorporating a multi-national solicitor firm, banks and a community housing provider) has been focused on bringing the Community Land Trust (CLT) benefits to the Australian property market, as the model has been very successful in the US since the 1980’s and in the UK since 2007. In particular, this mechanism allows for ongoing housing affordability.
CLT Associates works with not-for-profit organisations to establish CLTs in their community.
